UK buyers run automation past legal before it goes near customer data. The relevant regime is the UK GDPR alongside the Data Protection Act 2018, regulated by the ICO. The questions that follow are always the same three.
None of that is a claim to be UK GDPR compliant on your behalf — no vendor can make that claim for you. It is a description of how the work is structured, so your own assessment has something concrete to assess.

Are you a UK company?
No. We are an automation studio based in Faridabad, Haryana, India, and we work with UK clients remotely. We do not have a UK office, a UK team or a UK entity, and we will not claim one.
Do you have UK experience or just UK clients?

Can you sign a DPA?
That is a scoping conversation, and it is a normal one. Because the code, the cloud, the credentials and the model API key all stay yours, the data-processing surface is far smaller than it is with a typical hosted vendor.
Are prices in pounds?
Prices are published in Indian rupees, which is what we quote and invoice in. Your bank handles the conversion at the rate on the day. We would rather publish one honest number than a converted one that is out of date by the time you read it.
